You are a chemicals manufacturer or importer in a volume of one tonne or more each year or use chemicals commercially?

Then you are subject to REACh. As a chemicals manufacturer or importer, you are responsible for the registration of chemicals and need to prepare extensive documentation, such as the technical file and the chemical safety report, to authorize production and marketing of these substances. But even manufacturers of preparations or downstream users are subject to the obligations stipulated by REACh.
